Conference Registration Funding!

Conferences are a great opportunity to learn and to share academic work, but the cost can certainly be a deterrent. To help alleviate the financial burden, MESA has allocated funds to reimburse student conference registration! This funding will be available to MESA members on a first-come, first-serve basis. In order to be eligible you must:

  • be a registered member of MESA,
  • have registered for an academic conference during the 2020/2021 academic year.
  • paid your university student activity fees.

Those who apply will receive the reimbursement upon completion of the necessary forms and approval from the university. For more information and to request the necessary forms for reimbursement, please email
